Measurement Guidelines
We provide size charts from all of our designers. Please
note that most formal wear runs smaller than street clothing
so do not be surprised or alarmed when you measure one-two
sizes larger than you thought you were. Please measure
carefully using the instructions we give you.

Please note that size charts are specific to each designer .
Dress lengths are made for girls who are 5 feet 8 inches
tall wearing 3 inch heels. If you measure between sizes you
need to order to the largest measurement . Please measure
carefully! We cannot be responsible for sizing.
About 95% of customers require some sort of alteration
for the dress to fit properly and be the most flattering it
can be. Alterations must be done by a seamstress or tailor
locally to you. Remember that all gowns can be taken in from
the side or back seams and straps can be shortened. But
please also remember that gowns that are too small can NOT
normally be let out to make them bigger.
Special Orders
Most items not immediately available in store can be
ordered, normally within 10 business days but can be up to
16
weeks. Once order is placed, we will send expected
delivery dates. We do not have direct control over the
manufacturers product(s), so if an item is unavailable, we will notify
you as soon as we find out (normally within a few business
days). In that case we will refund 100% of your payment.
Quick delivery gowns normally take 4-6 weeks for delivery
for an additional fee. Fee varies by manufacturer.

Viewing Gowns before placing order
Sonia's Bridal is located in Boston, Ma only and we do
not carry samples of every style shown in our website.
If you want to view or try on a gown before ordering, you
will need to find a retailer in your area that offers the
designer and style you are interested in.
Sonia's Bridal suggest viewing the gown when possible,
before ordering since all sales are final and cannot be
cancelled.
Color Swatch
We do not have swatches available to send out to
customers and we might not have them available in store.
If you would like to view a swatch prior to ordering, you
will need to find a retailer in your area that offers the
designer to view their swatch card.
Swatch colors may appear different than on computer
monitors. We suggest contacting a retailer in your area to
view the designer's swatch card prior to placing your order.
Tiaras
Tiaras can be ordered online. Shipping & handling
for tiaras are a flat fee of $10.50 in the U.S.
Delivery dates vary, but usually range between 5 - 10
business days. Once order is placed, we will send expected
delivery dates. We do not have direct control over the
manufacturers product(s), so if an item is unavailable, we will notify
you as soon as we find out (normally within a few business
days). In that case we will refund 100% of your payment.

CHECK or MONEY ORDER:

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are for ground service within the
continental U.S.
Depending on where you live, the shipment will take 5-10
business days to arrive (if products are in stock). If the
order will ship outside the U.S.,
please give us the items to be ordered and your shipping
address for a quote
on shipping charges. 24-48 hours after order is
received, you will receive an email with detailed shipping
information.

If you need an expedited shipment (Next Day or 2nd Day Air),

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No exchanges or
refunds. This is
our policy in both our retail store and online store, and you will find this with any
retail or online dress shop.
